Attention Homeowners in the University & Delaware District
We are pleased to inform you that the City of Buffalo Emergency Repair Program is now open. These repairs include:
- Breaks In Water Service
- Breaks In Sanitary System
- Leaking Roof System
- Electrical Hazards At Main Panel
- Hazardous Chimney
- Water Meter Installation
- Defective Heating System
- Defective Hot Water Heater
- Gas Line Repair
Our agency is responsible for servicing the University and Delaware Districts and applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The following is a partial list of items that must be in satisfactory order to be considered for the grant followed by the income guidelines:
- Homeowner cannot be a multiple property owner
- Existing mortgage must be current
- County & City taxes must be paid up to date
- Water and User fees and/or payment arrangements must be current
- Assets cannot exceed $20,000
