The NYS Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) is NOW AVAILABLE, the asistance will provide significant economc relief to help low and moderate-income households at risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability by providing rental arrears, temporary rental assistance and utility arrears assistance.
