East Side Commercial District Program
We recently launched the Kensington Bailey East Side Commercial District program. Two information sessions were held at 995 Kensington on November 25th with good turn out. Business owners were excited about not paying 100% of the cost of building renovations. Currently, Design Consultants are meeting with businesses put together a scope of work. Applications are due Friday, January 31 and will be reviewed and selected in February. 
Working with College Students
We had the opportunity to work with 15 Villa Maria students in the areas of graphic design, digital animation, and project development in September and October. We also onboarded a UB graphic design intern, who will be working with us for the next year.
In early December, we shot a video with a local agency Creative Director that is intended provide students with an understanding of working in marketing and graphic design. This may be the first video in a series of videos designed to help students become better prepared for working in business related fields.
