Home Energy Assistance Program – HEAP
The Erie County 2018-2019 Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is now available open for applications. To learn more about HEAP and how to apply for assistance call 716-858-7644 or visit the HEAP office located at 460 Main 2nd floor, Buffalo NY 14202 or go online at the link below. HEAP can also assist eligible, income-qualified homeowners with furnace /boiler replacements and tuning.
