The First – Time Homebuyers Down Payment Closing Cost Assistance program is available. Funds up to $ 5,000.00 are available for those interested in purchasing a single home in the City of Buffalo. Additional home buyer’s grants are also available up to $ 7,500.00. A total of $12,500.00 may be available for the purchase of your first home. Come out and learn how you can have your home weatherized before the snow falls. To learn more about the City of Buffalo weatherization program, please join our housing staff on Thursday July 16, 2015 at the Gloria J. Parks Community Center 9:30 am. (Pastries and Coffee served).
Please join our housing staff at the “UB on the Green” Wednesday July 22, 2015 from 6pm – 8pm on the lawn of Hayes Hall on UB’s South Campus. Enjoy a night of live music, free health screenings, fun activities and learn about all of the City of Buffalo Housing Programs Available.
